Responsibilities

• Install and configure telecommunications systems according to client specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on teletype equipment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to equipment.
• Keep detailed records of installations and repairs for compliance.
• Follow industry standards and safety regulations during installations.
• Communicate project timelines and updates to clients effectively.
• Provide training sessions for clients on new equipment functionalities.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in telecommunications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery excellence.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in electronics or telecommunications is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance
