• Collaborate with IT to integrate new technology into processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for process flows and improvements.
• Assist in the strategic planning of production activities.
• Monitor production processes using advanced analytic tools.
• Evaluate the current machinery performance and suggest upgrades.
• Participate in budget planning and cost analysis related to projects.
• Support the training and development of team members.
