Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled technicians to ensure efficient maintenance operations at the airport. You will play a key role in coordinating maintenance schedules, managing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure team productivity.
• Lead regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee the training and mentorship of new technicians.
• Facilitate communication between team members and upper management.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve any maintenance-related issues with urgency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the aviation sector

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
