Job Description

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing construction sites and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will lead a team of workers and coordinate daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction site ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage team schedules and resource allocation.
• Review project plans and specifications for accuracy.
• Facilitate communication among team members and clients.
• Identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
• Prepare reports on project progress and issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate site logistics including materials handling.
• Mentor junior staff and encourage professional development.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• BTech in Construction Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction supervision

Languages
