Job Description

As an Architect at Design Solutions Ltd., you will utilize your creative problem-solving skills to develop comprehensive designs for both commercial and residential spaces. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting plans, consulting with engineers, and coordinating with contractors to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
• Collaborate with the project management team to align on project objectives.
• Ensure all designs reflect a commitment to sustainability.
• Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Estimate budgets and oversee procurement of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of design projects and changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in architecture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural project management

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Building Code Knowledge

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
