Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot the local area network and internet connectivity.
• Assist in the rollout of new software and applications.
• Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
• Maintain backups and data recovery processes.
• Conduct system checks and respond to alerts promptly.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software for procurement.
• Engage with vendors and service providers as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
