Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Your role will focus on ensuring seamless IT operations and user satisfaction across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support requests and prioritize issues.
  • Assist with software installations and upgrades.
  • Document troubleshooting processes for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with users concerning their IT needs.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to IT systems.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new software.
  • Support remote users with technical issues as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
