Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely delivery of parcels to various locations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety standards while driving.
• Assist in loading and unloading packages as required.
• Report any vehicle issues to management immediately.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Keep the delivery area clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and other drivers.

• Previous experience in a delivery role: Experience in a similar position within the courier industry.
