Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative projects and initiatives to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient management strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development for administrative team members.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and manuals.
  • Manage external communications with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Assist with strategic planning and personnel management.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for management decisions.
  • Keep abreast of current healthcare trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
