Job Description

As a vital member of our nursing team, the Registered Nurse will monitor patient progress, respond to medical emergencies, and actively participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition from hospital to home.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions, identify any changes, and report to appropriate staff.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and analysis as needed.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Engage in community health initiatives and promote wellness.
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and professional development.
• Ensure cleanliness and aseptic conditions in nursing units.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• Experience in acute care settings is a plus
