We are seeking a qualified Environmental Engineer to join our team in Bloemfontein. You will play a crucial role in addressing environmental issues through innovative engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for project development.
• Develop and conduct environmental training programs.
• Identify opportunities for resource conservation and efficiency.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders and public meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in environmental engineering

• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
• Regulatory Compliance

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Green Building Council Accreditation
• Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Auditor
