Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Trainer to enhance the skills of our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will lead training sessions focused on professional development, ensuring teams are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing training programs and suggest enhancements.
  • Create customized learning plans based on employee feedback and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Work with external training vendors when necessary to enrich the training offering.
  • Assist in developing a comprehensive onboarding training curriculum for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Adult Education is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development roles
