Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and providing recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies that meet the needs of our projects.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA team.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with project managers to align QA activities with project timelines.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to improve overall QA practices.
• Review user requirements and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Present findings and insights to management in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in QA or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation
