UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with developers and product managers to deliver the best user experiences. Your creativity will shine as you design intuitive interfaces that engage and delight users. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for design and a passion for user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging interfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.) to improve user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and developers to define design requirements.
• Apply user-centered design principles and best practices in your design work.
• Create design specifications and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Assist in conducting A/B testing and user feedback sessions to enhance product usability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the UX/UI field

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user testing tools: Knowledge of tools like UserTesting or Lookback for gathering user feedback.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to deliver iterative design solutions.
