UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovative Design Solutions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience across various platforms. You will be responsible for conducting user research and generating user personas, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating directly with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather insights.
• Design user flows and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Gather and analyze feedback from user testing sessions.
• Assist in creating user-centered designs that meet both user and business needs.
• Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback.
• Help maintain and improve the design library and resources.
• Oversee the implementation of visual design elements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Document design processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Relevant advanced certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages
