Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Screen Printing Machine Operator Helper to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist the machine operator in carrying out various tasks related to the screen printing process. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are vital for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing inks and materials for each print run.
• Ensure all machines are clean and in good working order before production.
• Support the machine operator in aligning screens and setup before production starts.
• Carry out quality checks during the process, documenting any issues and corrections.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and orderly state.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production progress and areas for improvement.
• Document production levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Engage actively in team collaboration to solve problems and enhance workflow.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in printing.
• Adapt to department needs and assist in other areas as required.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• Prior experience in screen printing is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer literacy

Soft Skills

• Ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent
