Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Pretoria. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective running of operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team and coordinate logistics activities to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in fulfilling operational objectives.
• Optimize inventory control processes and stock management.
• Enforce quality assurance practices for all goods handled.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance and KPIs.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for warehouse operations.
• Foster a collaborative environment among the logistics teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inventory.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Further qualifications in logistics are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations
