We are in search of an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Pretoria. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective running of operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team and coordinate logistics activities to meet client expectations.

• Lead the warehouse team in fulfilling operational objectives.
• Optimize inventory control processes and stock management.
• Enforce quality assurance practices for all goods handled.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance and KPIs.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for warehouse operations.
• Foster a collaborative environment among the logistics teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inventory.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Professional certification in warehousing is an advantage
• Inventory Management In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
• Warehouse Operations Expertise in managing warehouse operations efficiently.
• Logistics Coordination Advanced skills in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Leadership Exceptional ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Communication Excellent communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Forklift Operator Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with ERP systems: Hands-on experience with ERP software for warehousing.
• Forklift certification: Additional certification in operating forklifts is a plus.
