Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Select, measure, and cut materials to size.
Assemble and install wooden structures, ensuring high standards.
Repair and replace damaged wooden components.
Ensure work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines.
Provide technical support and guidance to apprentices.
Keep detailed records of materials and time spent on tasks.
Requirements
Education
Apprenticeship in Marine Carpentry
Experience
3-5 years in boatbuilding or similar roles.
