Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Auditing Specialist to enhance our team in Pretoria. The position focuses on performing audits, evaluating financial status, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to address audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through execution to reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
• Prepare and review audit working papers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct fraud investigations if irregularities are identified during audits.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audits.
• Ensure all audit work is completed within established timelines and budgets.
• Provide input on audit methodologies and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing or accounting

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
