Event Solutions Co. is looking for a talented Event Planner who is passionate about delivering exceptional events. In this role, you'll manage everything from corporate meetings to extravagant weddings, ensuring each event meets the client's vision and exceeds expectations. Strong negotiation skills and an eye for detail are key in this vibrant position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of unique and memorable events.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to identify perfect venues for events.
• Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions to come up with event concepts.
• Ensure all event materials and supplies are ordered and available on-site.
• Manage and conduct attendee registration and follow-up communication.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for event management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning or related field
• Relevant certifications in event planning are advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or management

• Event management software

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
