We're on the lookout for a Warehouse Manager to take charge of our Pretoria operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in logistics management, ensuring smooth warehouse processes, inventory control, and team leadership to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to the storage and distribution of goods.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory and processes.
• Ensure all team members follow safe work practices and procedures.
• Develop effective strategies for inventory control and management.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service during order fulfillment.
• Ensure efficient space utilization within the warehouse.
• Coordinate training programs for warehouse staff.
• Manage warehouse budgets and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
