We are seeking a versatile Technical Writer to join our creative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a knack for breaking down complex information into clear, concise documentation that meets our users' needs. You'll work closely with engineers and product managers to create user manuals, online help guides, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear and comprehensive technical documents for various software applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver documentation on time and within scope.
• Review and revise documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
• Create visuals, diagrams, and flowcharts to enhance understanding of technical content.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines and documentation needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related fields
