We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to lead cloud architecture initiatives within our Port Elizabeth office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing cloud services, promoting best practices, and driving innovation across the organization. This role demands a strong expertise in both the technical and strategic aspects of cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud migration projects and manage cloud environments to ensure reliability.
• Create technical documentation for cloud architectures and best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps to streamline deployment processes of cloud services.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to facilitate cloud adoption.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution for cloud operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture or related field
