Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager (Construction) to oversee and lead projects in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly, from initiation to completion. You will facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of construction materials and services.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide feedback.
• Implement best practices for project management.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of proven project management experience
