Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in Johannesburg. The selected candidate will be responsible for helping patients improve their daily living skills, providing therapeutic interventions, and conducting assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine client needs.
• Create and implement effective rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor and assess client progress regularly.
• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients about techniques and strategies for daily living.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment strategies.
• Participate in community outreach programs related to health and wellness.
• Research and integrate the latest occupational therapy practices.
• Facilitate support groups for clients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Postgraduate qualification in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience preferred with specialized populations
