Responsibilities
Lead the design and development process for aerospace projects.
Interface with clients to gather requirements and expectations.
Analyze performance and reliability of aerospace systems.
Document all design processes and engineering changes.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies for compliance.
Implement project management best practices.
Facilitate training sessions for internal staff on new technologies.
Evaluate new tools and technologies for engineering applications.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
PhD is an advantage
