Responsibilities

  • Design and refine production processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to achieve operational goals.
  • Benchmark production processes against industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational processes.
  • Support the introduction of new technology and its integration.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of projects.
  • Assist in cost analysis and reduction activities.
  • Develop and document process maps and workflow diagrams.
  • Facilitate lean manufacturing events and Kaizen workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
