UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered solutions and a passion for enhancing user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create visually appealing and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and scenarios based on user research.
• Design visually appealing user interfaces using tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate with marketers and product teams to align design initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the user experience by utilizing analytics and user feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Postgraduate studies in User Experience a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• HTML/CSS

Languages
