Job Description

Seeking a creative Product Designer to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll utilize your skills in user research and prototyping to create compelling design solutions that address user needs while meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity.
• Evaluate and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design improvements.
• Cultivate user-centered design approaches through collaboration and testing.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of competitive landscape and user expectations.
• Participate in design critiques and provide insightful feedback to peers.
• Champion the practice of design thinking within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Design, HCI)
• Master's in Design is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user-centered design
