Pharmacist

Job Description

Join us as a Pharmacist, where you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness within our community. Your responsibilities will include dispensing medications, advising patients, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication prescriptions for appropriateness and efficacy.
• Advise patients on over-the-counter medications and health products.
• Train and mentor pharmacy students and interns.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient privacy.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilise electronic health records and pharmacy management systems for patient information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
