Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead various technology projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will also manage project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track milestones and deliverables against project plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution as needed.
• Conduct project review meetings and document lessons learned.
• Implement project management tools and techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Foster relationships with vendors and external partners as necessary.
• Ensure team members have the resources needed to complete their tasks.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
• PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in a tech environment
