We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine operational procedures to boost efficiency.
• Work on project design and execution of engineering solutions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive performance enhancements.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solve problems.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Continuously seek ways to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of proven industrial engineering experience
