Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated LMS Administrator to manage and optimise our Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless deployment of educational content, tracking user engagement, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the LMS and resolve any technical issues.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to enhance the delivery of online courses.
  • Evaluate user experiences and provide insights to improve course offerings.
  • Customize the LMS to meet the specific needs of different courses.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for LMS functionalities.
  • Facilitate communication between learners and instructors through the LMS platform.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, or relevant field
  • Relevant certifications in online education or LMS administration are advantageous
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment
