Responsibilities

• Steer race cars at competitive speeds on racecourses.
• Race against other teams and drivers, striving for victory.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and performance optimization.
• Engage with a team of engineers and mechanics to boost car performance.
• Manage race day strategies and in-race decisions.
• Review performance data for continual improvement.
• Participate in media engagements and promotional activities.
• Maintain a strong presence in the motorsport community.
• Follow all safety and conduct protocols at events.
• Commit to ongoing fitness and skill enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced Racing Certification preferred

Experience

• At least 5 races as a qualified driver

Technical Skills

• Advanced Driving Techniques
• Race Strategy Development

Certifications

• Global Racing License
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
