Job Description

Join us as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will lead efforts to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. You will manage procurement, supplier negotiations, and team performance, playing an essential role in our operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategic plans to enhance supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for improved supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement changes as needed.
  • Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and favourable terms.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations.
  • Oversee a team to ensure effective project delivery in supply chain initiatives.
  • Create and present comprehensive reports on supply chain trends and forecasts.
  • Utilize technology to enhance supply chain operations and increase efficiency.
  • Participate in budget development and management related to supply chain activities.
  • Lead training efforts for staff on supply chain best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in supply chain management with a track record of success in a managerial role
