Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in our Johannesburg facility, providing expert psychological assessments and intervention. We are looking for a proactive psychologist with experience in handling a variety of mental health conditions and a desire to help clients achieve their personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret findings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues.
• Stay informed about new research and developments in the field of psychology.
• Foster a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology
• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
