Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Research Health Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clinical trials maintain the highest quality standards. You'll be involved in all phases of clinical research, from planning through to reporting, while working closely with investigators and study participants. Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial progress and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Coordinate participant follow-ups and monitor patient health and outcomes.
• Develop study manuals, protocols, and data collection forms.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of participant interactions and data.
• Liaise with sponsors and regulatory bodies in preparing for audits.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing study assessments.
• Provide updates to the Lead Researcher on trial progress and concerns.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
• Advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research coordination

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
