Job Description

Seeking a proactive IT Support Technician who will be responsible for assisting users with technical issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring smooth operations of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and IT changes in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on large-scale projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security protocols.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.
  • Assist in end-user training and support initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Certifications in ITIL or similar are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting IT systems
