The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns, analyzing tax regulations, and ensuring compliance with local and statutory obligations. This role will not only involve working closely with clients to determine their specific needs but also require a keen eye for detail to avoid discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individual and corporate clients.
• Assist in tax planning and strategy development.
• Research tax issues and changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax filings.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support clients during tax audits, providing relevant documentation and answers.
• Continuously update knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues on tax projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in direct taxation
