We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee our logistics and supply chain operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing supply chains, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Enhance supply chain processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on supply chain performance and KPIs.
• Develop strategic partnerships with logistics providers to improve service quality.
• Direct the management of warehouses and distribution centers.
• Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree strongly preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a senior supply chain management role
