You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company culture and values to candidates.
• Evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate hiring manager training on recruitment and selection best practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote employer branding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
