Job Description

As an Incinerator Plant Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of our incinerator plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and managing a dedicated team of operators. This role is critical in optimizing plant performance and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the incinerator plant, ensuring efficient waste processing.
• Lead and mentor plant staff, overseeing performance evaluations.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies regarding plant compliance.
• Analyze operational data to optimize the performance of the plant.
• Establish safety protocols and manage incidents effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Environmental Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of supervisory experience in waste management or incineration operations.
