Data Engineer

Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies to provide comprehensive data solutions. Responsibilities

• Create and manage database systems and data pipelines.

• Support data loading and preparation steps for modeling.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and solutions.
• Continuously improve and innovate data management processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced degree in Data Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data architecture and management

Technical Skills

• SQL
• NoSQL
• Apache Kafka
• Cloud Platforms

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in R or Julia: Experience with programming in R or Julia for statistical data analysis.
• Experience in agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment would be an asset.
