Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee logistics processes from order placement through to delivery.
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues that arise during the logistics cycle.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
  • Ensure that logistics operations adhere to company policies and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports on logistics activities and performance metrics.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in logistics best practices.
  • Support budget management by monitoring logistics costs.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Logistics Software Proficient in logistics management software such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Microsoft Excel Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving Strong problem-solving abilities for addressing logistics challenges.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in customs compliance: Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export processes.
  • Project Management skills: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and timelines effectively.
