Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Health Solutions Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe dispensing of medication and providing expert advice on health-related issues to our customers. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and prepare medications in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
• Provide patient counseling on medication safety and efficacy.
• Support patient care initiatives through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient health outcomes related to medication use.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and pharmacy operational standards.
• Lead health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Support staff training and development initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement projects within the pharmacy.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about pharmacy services.
• Document patient interactions and medication therapy management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy preferred
