Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assessments.
• Prepare engineering designs and plans in accordance with industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Review and approve project specifications and drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in the team.
• Assess and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Participate in public consultations and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management
• Geotechnical Analysis

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with civil engineering software like Civil 3D: Familiarity with Civil 3D design software for grading and drainage design.
