Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Medical and Health Services Manager to oversee our medical office's operations. In this crucial role, you will manage administrative tasks, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, all while promoting a patient-centric environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper staffing levels to meet patient demand.
  • Establish strong relationships with insurance providers to facilitate claims.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the medical team in implementing new healthcare initiatives.
  • Create comprehensive reports on office performance and patient feedback.
  • Lead regular staff meetings to communicate organizational goals and challenges.
  • Coordinate community outreach programs to enhance health education and awareness.
  • Ensure medical equipment and facilities are well-maintained and compliant with standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration
