Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for customer inquiries and technical challenges. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing customer support, and ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide effective solutions to technical problems.
  • Track and report on support tickets and their resolutions.
  • Assist in training new hires in the support department.
  • Evaluate and test new software and hardware solutions.
  • Participate in on-call support as required.
  • Provide proactive support to ensure client satisfaction with our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
