As a Telecommunications Line Installer and Repairer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telephone lines and telecommunications equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and support. Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in telecommunications systems using specialized tools.
• Assist in training other technicians on best practices and new equipment.

• Perform emergency repairs as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Document all repairs and interactions with clients for quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate or higher
• Telecommunications diploma or equivalent certification

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with VoIP technology
• Expertise in using diagnostic tools

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
