Responsibilities

  • Design and execute personalized workout programs tailored to each client's needs.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for clients during training sessions.
  • Monitor client performance and offer feedback to enhance their fitness journey.
  • Promote Fitness First's services and programs to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the nutrition team to provide comprehensive health and fitness advice.
  • Participate in fitness-related community events to promote the brand.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all training activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Exercise Science or related discipline
  • Certification from a recognized fitness organization preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in personal training and program design
